Dance on a Rainy Day

This is an artfilm I made in college on a 16mm Bolex camera circa 1966 (here's more on the history of the Bolex cameras: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolex). The assignment was to make a short film that incorporated a central action and a natural element.

I worked with two dancers to perform a kind of interpretation of making love on a rainy day.

The audio recordings are out of an H4N recorder, and I recorded various sounds of a late summer thunderstorm in North Carolina.
